Nugenix is a supplement purported to boost testosterone that in recent days has gained a lot of attention in the male enhancement supplement market. Designed for men intent on raising their fitness levels to a high degree and bodybuilders in particular, Nugenix claims to be a top source of the most recognized testosterone boosting elements available. For men suffering from low testosterone levels, or "Low T", Nugenix could well be the answer to diminished strength, energy and stamina as well as a way to reverse the natural loss of libido or sexual drive experienced by most men over the age of thirty.

So, understanding that testosterone boosters that are well formulated can be of great benefit to men in these circumstances, it's time to see if Nugenix fits into this category.

Nugenix: The Claims

Nugenix claims to be a top male enhancement supplement because, they say, their proprietary list of ingredients meets or exceeds the threshold of top tier testosterone boosters. These include three capsule doses of 2mg of Vitamin B6, 5mg of Vitamin B12 and 5mg of zinc. All are important to the process of building testosterone and the levels compare well to its high level competitors so that's a good start.

It should be noted that the manufacturers of Nugenix has hidden some of the key metrics normally used to accurately measure and assess the quantities and effectiveness of some of its ingredients. Now, that may sound suspicious to some consumers but those potential customers should not automatically assume there is some nefarious reason for this. Some companies, especially with particularly unique formulas hide certain aspects of their ingredients as a protective measure - a way to prevent their proprietary formulas from being copied by the competition.

Some things we do know about this proprietary blend is that it contain a blend of Tribulus Terrestris, L-Citrulline and Fenugreek extract. This list, on its face, fits well inside the bounds of industry standards for top tier products. So, although we cannot say for certain how effective this blend is, we can say that there doesn't appear to be anything problematic with it. What makes it noteworthy is that the cost per bottle is a much as fifty percent higher than even some of the most well respected brands of the market today but, also, that most brands recommend just two capsules per day to achieve maximum results. So, add the per bottle cost and the increased dose requirements and you end up with a rather costly formula.

Nugenix: Our Final Analysis

Although the ingredient list contains a number of well regarded elements the overall assessment here is that, because the manufacturers of Nugenix chose to obscure many important details in order to protect it as a proprietary formula, it is difficult to endorse the this supplement.

Add to that the fact that the pricing structure is out of step with most of the industry's more well established brands due to the need for three capsules per day, we cannot rank this product among those leading brands.

Compiling all the relevant data, it is our analysis that Nugenix may be competitive with many testosterone boosting products on the market today but, ultimately, it does not stack up well compare to the industry leaders.
